Professional Qualifications
In 1999, Karen was awarded a Bsc (Hons) in Financial Services from University of Manchester, graduating with upper second-class honours.

In the same year, she became an Associate of the Institute of Financial Services in the UK (previously the Chartered Institute of Bankers).

During 2006-7, Karen completed her STEP qualification, following the Qualified Practitioner Thesis Route.
