At the forefront of the global fiduciary industry since our inception in 2002, Opus Private are proud to have been one of the first fiduciaries to receive a licence under new fiduciary regulations adopted in 2001.

Each of the Fiduciary Companies within Opus Private is licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under the Island's laws governing the regulation of fiduciaries, administration businesses and company directors.
